Community Guidelines
These guidelines help keep MinecraftServer.io a trusted and useful directory for all Minecraft players.
Listing Requirements
- •Your server must be a legitimate, operational Minecraft server.
- •The server address you provide must resolve and accept connections.
- •Server names and descriptions must accurately represent your server.
- •Select only the game modes that your server actually offers.
- •One listing per server. Duplicate listings will be removed.
Prohibited Content
- •Servers promoting illegal activity, hate speech, or harassment.
- •Misleading server names or descriptions designed to deceive players.
- •Servers that exist solely to scam players or steal accounts.
- •Artificially inflated player counts or fake online status.
- •NSFW content in server names, descriptions, or icons.
Voting Policy
- •Each IP address may vote once per server per day.
- •Vote manipulation through bots, VPNs, or paid services is prohibited.
- •Servers caught manipulating votes will be delisted.
Player Counts
- •Player counts are queried directly from your server every 10 minutes.
- •We display what your server reports. If your server spoofs player counts, that's on you — but we will remove servers caught faking numbers.
- •7-day uptime is calculated from our ping history.
Enforcement
- 1.Warning — First violations receive a warning with details on what needs to change.
- 2.Temporary Delisting — Repeated or serious violations result in temporary removal.
- 3.Permanent Ban — Servers that repeatedly violate guidelines or engage in fraud are permanently banned.
